By accessing or using the website at injexbeauty.com (the “Site”) — including browsing, booking treatments, purchasing services or products, or contacting us — you (“you”, “user”, “client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to them, you must stop using the Site immediately.

We (“Injex Beauty”, “we”, “us”, “our”) reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Any changes will take effect upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Before receiving any treatment, clients must provide complete and accurate medical history and disclose any conditions that might affect safety or suitability of treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone any treatment if, in our professional judgment or based on your disclosures, we believe the treatment could pose a risk.

Results of treatments may vary. We make no guarantees about outcomes, and we are not liable for certain adverse reactions if you fail to follow pre- or post- treatment instructions, or withhold relevant medical information.

5. Booking, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

When you book a treatment or purchase a product through the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18).

Booking requires your agreement to our cancellation and deposit policy (if any). For example, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment (or other threshold) may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit — such rules will be clearly posted on the Site or communicated to you before booking.

All purchases — including treatments and products — are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. We may, at our discretion, allow exchanges or store credit but we are not obligated to do so.

Payment methods accepted will be listed on the Site (e.g. credit card, debit card, e-transfer, etc.). You agree to pay all fees at the time of booking or purchase.

6. User Conduct & Content

If you submit any content to the Site (reviews, feedback, photos, messages, forms), you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute that content for marketing, promotional, or other business purposes. 9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
