Hair thinning can have many causes. At Injex Beauty, we offer personalised hair restoration
treatments, including PRP and Potenza RF Microneedling for the Scalp, tailored to your needs
following an individual consultation. Our goal is to support healthier hair growth and improve
scalp health with a personalised approach.
Hair thinning can develop gradually or appear more suddenly. You may notice a widening part, reduced density around the temples, increased shedding or changes in overall hair volume.
Common contributing factors include hereditary pattern hair loss, hormonal changes, illness, nutritional deficiencies, certain medications, stress and inflammatory scalp conditions. Different causes require different approaches, which is why an appropriate assessment matters before starting treatment.

Noticeable thinning, a widening part or reduced volume may warrant assessment to identify the underlying cause.

Scalp irritation, inflammation or other skin conditions may need specific medical management rather than an aesthetic procedure alone.

TREATMENT 01
Platelet-Rich Plasma via Microneedling
PRP uses a sample of your own blood, which is processed to concentrate platelets in plasma. Fine microneedling creates tiny channels in the scalp, and the prepared plasma is applied to the treatment area so it can reach these channels.
Platelets release signalling proteins and growth factors involved in normal tissue repair. PRP is being investigated and used for certain types of hair loss, particularly pattern hair loss, although research findings vary and the best treatment protocol is not yet standardised.
Potential considerations
Uses a component of your own blood.
Delivered through microneedling instead of injections.
May be considered for selected patients with certain forms of non-scarring hair loss.
Outcomes vary; hair regrowth cannot be guaranteed.
A consultation, blood collection and preparation, followed by microneedling and PRP application on the scalp. Temporary redness, tenderness, pinpoint bleeding or swelling may occur. Your practitioner will explain the process and aftercare before treatment.

TREATMENT 02
Radiofrequency-Assisted Microneedling + Platelet-Rich Plasma
Potenza combines fine microneedles with radiofrequency energy delivered into targeted tissue. In this option, PRP prepared from your own blood is infused during or right after the procedure, so the plasma is introduced along with the controlled micro-injuries and heat.
Radiofrequency microneedling is being studied for patterned hair loss, but the clinical evidence is currently limited. It should not be presented as a proven hair regrowth treatment, and its suitability for scalp use must be confirmed by the treating practitioner.
Potential considerations
Combines RF microneedling with PRP infusion.
May be considered only after an individual assessment of scalp health and treatment suitability.
Differs from PRP-only microneedling because it adds radiofrequency energy.
Hair growth benefits are uncertain, and results are not guaranteed.
The scalp is assessed, blood is collected for PRP, and the area is prepared before the device is used. Temporary redness, tenderness, swelling and pinpoint bleeding may occur. Treatment depth, settings and recovery advice depend on the clinical assessment and device protocol.
There is no universal schedule. PRP may involve an initial series of sessions; the number and spacing should be individualised. Potenza sessions depend on the proposed protocol and clinical suitability.
Temporary tenderness, redness or swelling may occur. Recovery varies with the procedure and individual response. Your practitioner should provide specific instructions.
Hair changes, if they occur, generally require time to assess. Standardised photographs and follow-up visits can help document changes objectively.
Follow the clinic's written instructions, keep the scalp clean as directed and avoid irritating products or activities until advised that it is appropriate to resume them.
Keep the treated area clean and follow your practitioner's advice on when to wash your hair.
Avoid rubbing, scratching or applying irritating scalp products immediately after treatment.
Ask your practitioner when to resume strenuous exercise and usual hair-care products.
Discuss pain relief and any prescribed or regular medicines with your clinician; do not stop medication without medical advice.
Follow the specific cleansing and hair-washing instructions provided by your practitioner.
Avoid scratching the scalp, harsh shampoos, chemical hair treatments and other irritating products until the skin has recovered.
Avoid excessive heat, sweating or swimming for the period advised by your practitioner.
Contact the clinic if you experience worsening pain, spreading redness, increasing swelling, discharge or fever.

Hair restoration includes treatments designed to address certain types of hair thinning and hair loss. At Injex Beauty, options may include PRP Hair Restoration and Potenza RF Microneedling for the Scalp, depending on individual suitability.
Hair thinning can occur due to genetics, hormonal changes, stress, nutritional deficiencies, certain medications, illness or scalp conditions. Identifying the underlying cause helps determine the most appropriate treatment approach.
PRP stands for Platelet-Rich Plasma. It involves taking a small sample of your blood, processing it to concentrate platelets, and injecting the prepared plasma into selected areas of the scalp. It has been studied for certain types of hair loss, although results vary.
Potenza RF Microneedling combines fine needles with radiofrequency energy delivered into targeted tissue. It is being investigated for hair loss, but evidence supporting its effectiveness for scalp hair restoration remains limited.
PRP uses platelet-rich plasma prepared from your own blood, which is administered through scalp injections. Potenza uses microneedles and radiofrequency energy. Both treatments work differently and have different risks and treatment considerations.
The most suitable option depends on your hair loss pattern, scalp condition, medical history and treatment goals. A consultation helps assess whether PRP, Potenza RF Microneedling or another approach may be appropriate.
